Arts therapy involves using creative processes like drawing, painting and sculpting to help you express and understand your emotions.

I offer one-on-one sessions. We can meet in person or online, depending on what works best for you.

My qualifications.

I have a Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice from the MIECAT Institute and I’m a registered Arts Therapist with PACFA and ANZACATA, I'm here to support you with professional and compassionate care.

Using your NDIS funding.

If you have funding in your plan for improved daily living, your NDIS plan can cover the costs of arts therapy. I'll help you navigate the funding process to make it as smooth as possible.
