What happens in a Creative Arts Therapy session?

Every session is tailored to you. We’ll start by chatting casually about life. Then, using therapeutic methods, I’ll invite you to gently create.

You might paint, mold clay, move, scribble or explore sound - whatever feels right for you in the moment. Throughout, I’ll encourage you to tune into your senses. It’s less about creating a masterpiece and more about exploring and expressing what you’re feeling. Towards the end of our session, we’ll use descriptive words to help you understand and integrate the experience.
