What if I don’t want to talk about my past?

That’s okay! Creative Arts therapy doesn’t rely on talking. We focus on what feels good and helpful for you in the moment - whether that’s creating, exploring emotions, or just taking a breather. I’ll check in with you along the way so that we can adjust to what you need, when you need it. As well as having me to support you, we’ll use the expressive qualities of art-making to help you process and understand your own experiences.
