You think a lot.

You feel even more.

And in a world that's A LOT, life can feel like one big, tightly tangled mess.

Here's your green light to go at life with a cheesy grin, shouting your weird ways loud and clear, and letting your heart lead the way.

Creative Arts Therapy helps you quiet the brain’s usual noise and tune into the parts of you that could use a little kindness.

You get to show up exactly as you are, with zero pressure to “get it right.”

Less prefrontal, more fully you.

Why Creative Arts Therapy?

  • Words are optional.

Creative Arts Therapy taps into the quieter, often forgotten parts of you that think and feel without needing a reason.

This isn’t therapy where you need to talk your way through every feeling—it’s a space where you can be as messy or curious as you need, letting art hold the things you don’t yet have words for.

  • It's seriously playful.

Sure, we're dealing with hard stuff, but we're taking it on with curiosity.

Play lets you connect with emotions in a safe, open way, helping your nervous system unwind and reset.

  • No experience required.

You don’t need to be “creative” to benefit here. This is about gently connecting with what’s inside—no art skills required.

Just bring yourself, as you are. We’ll use movement, sound, and simple art tools to help make sense of what’s stirring within.

  • You're not broken.

This isn’t about fixing or perfecting - it’s about being with where you are right now, exploring gently.

You’re here to create space, ease the overwhelm, and feel more at home in yourself.

  • It's okay not to know.

Creative Arts Therapy is the perfect place to practice not knowing.

You’ll tune into your body’s sensations and use art to make sense of what’s inside

Meet your Creative arts therapist

Hi, I’m Hayley

As a “too sensitive” human with a background in education and the arts, I help big-feeling humans find calm in life’s messiness through creativity.

Together, we’ll slow down, tune in, and explore the parts of you that need a little love.

I’m not here to “fix” you - I’m here to see, hear, and support you in a playful, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.

In our sessions, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

This is a space for laughter and tears to coexist, where you’re free to live boldly through artmaking that feels true, unfiltered, and unapologetically you.

Got big feelings?

You’re not alone…

  • NATALIA

“Hayley holds a beautifully supportive and gentle space for self-exploration. She is present with you every step of the way and provides attuned and thoughtful insights that help you see things from different perspectives. I have felt the therapeutic effects of our session go beyond the time we had together, with a new awareness in my everyday life.”

  • CAITLIN

“Hanging out with Hayley for the afternoon felt like a sip of lemon myrtle tea – so fresh, invigorating, and damn delightful. I felt right at home in my first art therapy session with Hayley, gently guided into my own colourful, arty process. I discovered my wildest dreams are very tangible and found new ways to bring more magic into my day-to-day life. What a treat!”

  • KRIS

“I initially had some concerns about my lack of artistic skills before starting art therapy. However, I was looking for a new way to explore my feelings outside the typical therapy context. I found Hayley’s art therapy to be a really wholesome and fulfilling way of approaching some of the problems I'm going through, especially the guidance around the art aspect. It helped me link my thoughts and feelings to physical reactions, creating a more comprehensive approach to healing. I love Hayley’s combination of kindness and silliness to help create a really beautiful atmosphere that makes it easy to be vulnerable. This experience was more interactive and personal than regular therapy, leaving me with tangible reminders of our work and a sense that we were really collaborating on my well-being.”

  • TRAVIS

“Throughout the session, I didn't feel you were in front pulling me along, nor in back pushing me forward. I felt you were standing beside, and we were taking a walk together at a pace I felt comfortable with. Rather than psychoanalyzing my drawings and everything I was saying, to me it felt like you were pointing out notable words and phrases, and allowed me to interpret it for myself.”

  • JODIE

“Therapy with Hayley was just lovely. I felt safe, contained, cared for and delighted in. So beautiful!”

  • SARA

“Working with Hayley is an absolute delight! The presence and space she holds is infused with unconditional love and acceptance, and this in and of itself feels so healing. Her grounded energy and the insights she offers are POTENT. The practices and exercises she guides are powerful, and address the deepest roots of whatever is being addressed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Hayley!”

  • JEN

“Hayley is an exceptional therapist. She has a beautiful, calming and safe presence. Hayley has been able to pinpoint some deep-seated patterns in me and help me begin to release them and believe in my worth so that I can move forward towards my dreams. I had so many a-ha moments in my time with Hayley; realisations I never would have had without her great questions and guidance.”
