    Hi, I’m Hayley - a Creative Arts Therapist who believes in the power of making stuff for no reason at all.

    But let’s be clear: Scribble Sessions aren’t therapy.

    They’re just a chill, no-pressure space where you get to make marks, move feelings, and be a little more human - with other kind weirdos doing the same.

    No goals. No outcomes. No expectation to be deep or meaningful.

    Just a gentle invitation to show up and create, however your brain and body want to.

    Scribble Sessions are spacious by design.

    You’ll get a loose structure, a kind vibe, and full permission to make something that makes no sense at all. You can follow a creative impulse or just zone out and fill a page.

    There’s no talking required (though you’re welcome to share). No critiques. No tidy bows.
