Take a breather

Creative Arts Therapy that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re in the thick of it or ready to go deeper, this is a space to explore without pressure.

We work with what’s real.

Whether you’re messy, clear, curious, or cracked open, we make something from it - together.

Life is a lot.
You’ve been keeping it all moving - showing up, sorting things out, holding it together. No wonder you feel stretched thin.

You’re tired. You’ve done the work. You’re craving something that actually shifts things. Not more insight. Not more talking. Something meaningful.

Online Creative Arts Therapy gives your mind a rest and your body a turn to speak - no need to leave your space or explain yourself.

Paint, hum, move - this is about processing through feeling, not just thinking.
You already know who you are. This is where you experience it differently.

Shift something real - right where you are.

Your brain’s quick.

You’ve mapped the patterns, done the therapy, read the books.
You know the story.

But knowing isn’t shifting. Not always.

Creative Arts Therapy isn’t here to teach you what you already know. It’s here to help you feel it - differently. Through marks. Through movement. Through making something honest and a bit messy.

You don’t need more insight.
You need a new way in.

Feel the difference…

Lighter

Like your nervous system exhaled. A little more space inside your chest and head.

Grounded

More in your body, less tightly tangled. Present, steady, here.

Connected

Not fixed, not figured out - just a bit more able to hear yourself.

Expressed

Let it out. Scribble, smear, dance, hum - it’s not about clarity. It’s about release.

Recharged

Make something. Feel something.
Leave with a bit more energy for what matters.

Therapy: tailored to you, for you.

  • Creative Arts Focus

Hi, I’m Hayley - a Creative Arts Therapist who works with big-feeling, too-clever-for-their-own-good humans who’ve already done the talking and are craving something different.

This isn’t about breakthroughs or tidy takeaways. It’s about making space to feel what’s real - through marks, movement, stillness, sound.

You don’t need more insight. You need a unique way to meet what’s already there.
Not to fix. Not to figure it all out. But to stay in relationship with yourself in a way that feels real, creative, and possible.

No pressure to make something good. Just full send permission to make something true.

  • My Approach

We meet online. You bring whatever materials you’ve got - charcoal, junk mail, that weird sketchbook you half-hate. I bring the structure, the presence, and a knack for noticing what’s really going on.

I offer prompts, questions, and creative nudges based on what’s showing up. You don’t have to perform or explain. You just stay with what’s real, in the way your body actually wants to process it.

We work with image, movement, sound, stillness - whatever cracks things open without tipping you over. It’s responsive, flexible, and built to meet the smart, complex, too-much/not-enough parts of you exactly as they are.

No fixing. No overanalysing. Just reflection, creative process, and the occasional scribbly revelation.

  • How It Works

    Book your session
Click the link, send an email, or give me a call - we’ll find a time that works for you. I’ll send through everything you need to get started.

    Show up + make
We meet online. You bring whatever materials you’ve got, and we follow what’s alive. Sometimes we’re face to face. Sometimes your art gets the spotlight. No pressure either way.

    Feel the shift
You leave feeling a little more clear, a little more grounded—and maybe holding something that didn’t have words until now.

  • Connected Pricing

I believe therapy should be meaningful, flexible, and as accessible as possible.

If 1:1 support feels right but the fee doesn’t, let’s talk. I offer a handful of community care spots and am open to creative exchanges. Just reach out and we’ll figure out something that feels fair and doable for both of us.

And if what you’re needing right now is simply a space to breathe and make something, come to a free Scribble Session. We need you there.

  • Who Is This For?

This space is for you if:

    – You’re creatively curious, emotionally fluent, and craving a different way in.
    – You’ve done the talking thing - and it helped - but now you want something deeper, quieter, more body-led.
    – You’re processing something big, slow, or shapeless, and words just aren’t cutting it.
    – You want a therapist who won’t ask you to explain everything - just someone to reflect it back, honestly and creatively.
    – You’re ready to meet yourself in new ways, with less pressure and more presence.

And yes, it’s online. So you can show up from anywhere - no shoes, no commute, no problem.

“Hayley holds a beautifully supportive and gentle space for self-exploration. She is present with you every step of the way and provides attuned and thoughtful insights that help you see things from different perspectives. I have felt the therapeutic effects of our session go beyond the time we had together, with a new awareness in my everyday life.” - Natalia

  • CAITLIN

“Hanging out with Hayley for the afternoon felt like a sip of lemon myrtle tea – so fresh, invigorating, and damn delightful. I felt right at home in my first art therapy session with Hayley, gently guided into my own colourful, arty process. I discovered my wildest dreams are very tangible and found new ways to bring more magic into my day-to-day life. What a treat!”

  • KRIS

“I initially had some concerns about my lack of artistic skills before starting art therapy. However, I was looking for a new way to explore my feelings outside the typical therapy context. I found Hayley’s art therapy to be a really wholesome and fulfilling way of approaching some of the problems I'm going through, especially the guidance around the art aspect. It helped me link my thoughts and feelings to physical reactions, creating a more comprehensive approach to healing. I love Hayley’s combination of kindness and silliness to help create a really beautiful atmosphere that makes it easy to be vulnerable. This experience was more interactive and personal than regular therapy, leaving me with tangible reminders of our work and a sense that we were really collaborating on my well-being.”

  • TRAVIS

“Throughout the session, I didn't feel you were in front pulling me along, nor in back pushing me forward. I felt you were standing beside, and we were taking a walk together at a pace I felt comfortable with. Rather than psychoanalyzing my drawings and everything I was saying, to me it felt like you were pointing out notable words and phrases, and allowed me to interpret it for myself.”

  • JODIE

“Therapy with Hayley was just lovely. I felt safe, contained, cared for and delighted in. So beautiful!”

  • SARA

“Working with Hayley is an absolute delight! The presence and space she holds is infused with unconditional love and acceptance, and this in and of itself feels so healing. Her grounded energy and the insights she offers are POTENT. The practices and exercises she guides are powerful, and address the deepest roots of whatever is being addressed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Hayley!”

  • JEN

“Hayley is an exceptional therapist. She has a beautiful, calming and safe presence. Hayley has been able to pinpoint some deep-seated patterns in me and help me begin to release them and believe in my worth so that I can move forward towards my dreams. I had so many a-ha moments in my time with Hayley; realisations I never would have had without her great questions and guidance.”
