    Hi, I’m Hayley, a Creative Arts Therapist passionate about helping people navigate big feelings in ways that feel fun, freeing, and possible.

    Online Creative Arts Therapy is simple, accessible, and adaptable. Whether you’ve got a pencil and notebook, some colourful markers, or even just your hands and imagination, we’ll use what’s available to create meaningful shifts together. This isn’t about making something “good.” It’s about feeling more alive.

    Online sessions have their own kind of magic. We’ll work with the quirks of being online - maybe giggle at technical difficulties, pull silly faces, or embrace the comfort of being in your own space.

    I’ll guide you through creative exploration using whatever materials, movements, or sounds feel right. I’m attuned to what’s emerging during our session and will adapt as we go, creating a space that feels safe, playful, and true - right from your favourite cozy corner.
